If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund to keep your style on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
